Jay provides telehealth-only psychotherapy services for clients located in Oregon. All sessions are conducted via a secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform.

Do I need a referral?
No referral is required to schedule an appointment.
Do you accept insurance?
Jay is currently working toward in-network insurance participation. Out-of-network superbills are available. Jay is in-network and able to directly bill the following insurance companies:
- Regence BlueCross BlueShield of Oregon
- Medicare
What should I expect during my first session?
During your first session, we will discuss your concerns, goals, and what you hope to achieve through therapy.
What issues do you work with?
Jay specializes in anxiety, depression, relationship distress, and life transitions.
What is your cancellation policy?
I require a 24-hour notice for cancellations to avoid a cancellation fee. This allows me to offer the time slot to another client. Thank you for your understanding.
